Women Transform the Civil Construction Market
The female presence in Brazilian construction has grown consistently in recent years. Initiatives such as Elas Constroem are fundamental to accelerating this transformation, offering quality professional qualifications and creating direct bridges with the job market. The sector faces a shortage of qualified labor, and the inclusion of women represents a strategic opportunity to meet this demand.
- Increasing diversity and productivity on construction sites
- Greater safety and quality in teams with greater gender diversity
- Combating the historic deficit of qualified labor in the sector
- Generation of income and financial autonomy for thousands of women
Rayanne Cristina, 30 years old, one of the selected students, sums up the spirit of the initiative: "My husband supported me a lot and I want to show that we, women, also have a place in construction and can work on equal terms with men. I hope to gain experience, knowledge and build a career." Testimonials like this show the transformative impact of the program on the lives of the participants.
