How consultancy works in two progressive stages
The program is structured into two progressive consultancy cycles. In the first stage, with 120 hours of service, all companies undergo a detailed BIM maturity diagnosis. Based on this diagnosis, each company receives a personalized Implementation Plan, with clear goals and defined deadlines. Technical support includes the definition of internal processes, industry standards and the structuring of BIM component libraries.
In the second stage, with an additional 180 hours, companies with greater technological readiness move towards the assisted implementation of BIM in real projects. This phase is where theory meets practice: professionals apply the concepts learned in ongoing works and projects, under the supervision of SENAI experts. At the end, each company receives a formal assessment with concrete data on productivity gains and cost reductions.
Who can participate and how to register
Small and medium-sized construction companies, as well as architecture and engineering offices, based in one of eight states can register: Rondônia, Bahia, Ceará, Pernambuco, Federal District, Paraná, Santa Catarina or São Paulo. Geographic diversity is one of the program's strengths, allowing it to capture different regional realities of Brazilian civil construction.
Registration is done on the program's official platform, and the first services begin in July 2026. The pilot phase is expected to be completed by 2027. There are no costs for the selected companies — all technical support is financed by the R$1.9 million invested by MDIC and ABDI.
