For the general manager of Seconci-DF, Georgia Grace Bernardes, caring for workers goes far beyond the daily care provided.
The first episode features the testimony of Dyêgo dos Santos, a patient treated by the psychosocial service. He talks about how the support received by the institution helped him overcome his drug addiction: "It was during a talk with the social worker Roseane. She said that anyone who had a problem could talk to her and I did. This was the most important decision of my life and it's been seven years away from drugs", he says. Stories like this show the results of the social work carried out by the institution for almost four decades.
